| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,伴随着单位社会走向消解,社区发展和社区建设成为当代中国基层治理极为重要的理论命题与实践议题。在此背景下,社区体育也走上了群众体育的中心舞台,成为了业界与学界关注的焦点与热点,单位体育逐渐淡出研究的视野。然而,在此渐变的过程中,体育界却缺乏对"单位"和"单位制"内涵的评判及对我国"单位制"向"社区制"转变过程的复杂性和群众体育发展整体环境的考量,片面地认为单位体育的"退场"和社区体育的"入场"与"升级"是一种替代的关系,也过高估量了社区承接群众体育的能力。为实现《体育强国建设纲要》所提出的战略目标,基于我国群众体育发展的客观现实,以"单位"与"社区"融合的视角,运用社会融合、场域、区隔等理论,探讨新时期基层群众体育的治理模式。

| Abstract: | Since the 1990s,with the dissolution of the unit society,community development and community construction have become extremely important theoretical propositions and practical issues in contemporary Chinese grassroots governance. In this context,community sports have also taken the center stage of mass sports,which has become the focus and hotspot of the industry and academia,and unit sports have gradually faded out of the field of research. However,the sports world lacks the evaluation of the connotation of"unit"and "unit system" and the complexity of the transition process from "unit system"to"community system"in China and the overall environment for the development of mass sports. The one-sided view is that the"departure"of unit sports and the"entry"and"upgrade"of community sports are an alternative relationship,and they also overestimate the community’s ability to undertake mass sports. In order to achieve the strategic goals set out in the Outline for the Construction of a Powerful Country in Sports,this article is based on the objective reality of mass sports development in China,and uses the theory of social integration,field,and division from the perspective of the integration of"units"and communities to explore the governance model of grassroots mass sports in the new period. |
