| 摘 要： | 为贯彻本科教育必须实施人才全面发展教育方针,深化大学体育教学改革,围绕培养一流教师,建设一流课程,实现一流教学的新思路,运用文献资料、调查访谈、比较分析,逻辑归纳等研究方法对本科教育视域下大学体育在人才培养中的影响因子进行探讨。认为我国对高校和高校教师的评价体系重科研、重学术、重获奖、重发明等,对教育教学和人才培养的重视理论大于实践。研究认为本科教育第一要务为人才培养,大学体育的深化改革必须为培养人才服务,以学校办学目标为依据,办学条件为依托,办学环境为依靠,推进体育课程改革和教学变革,全面提高具有创新精神和创业能力的人才的培养质量,实现新时代大学体育内涵式发展。

| Abstract: | In order to carry out undergraduate education, we must implement the education policy of all-round development of talents, deepen the reform of college P.E. teaching, focus on cultivating first-class teachers, construct first-class courses, realize the new ideas of first-class teaching. Using literature, survey and interview, comparative analysis, and logic induction, the research discusses the influence factors of college P.E. in the training of talents in the view of undergraduate education. This paper holds that the emphasis on education, teaching and talent training is more important than practice in our country''s evaluation system of university and university teachers. The study holds that the first priority of undergraduate education is talent training, and the deepening reform of university sports should be based on the training of talents, taking the school running goal as the basis, running the conditions as the base, running the environment of the schools, promoting the reform of P.E. curriculum and teaching, and improving the quality of cultivation of talents with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability, thus to realize the connotation development of university sports in the new era. |
