摘    要:目的:采用Meta分析定量评价高强度间歇训练(high-intensity interval training,HIIT)对超重和肥胖青少年的减脂效应,为促进HIIT在超重和肥胖青少年中的应用提供依据。方法:通过国内外大型数据库检索相关文献,由两名研究人员独立按照纳入和排除标准进行文献筛选、文献质量评价和数据提取,采用Revman 5.3软件和Stata 12.0软件对结局指标进行定量合成。结果:最终纳入11篇文献,包括488名研究对象。HIIT能够有效降低超重和肥胖青少年体重(MD=-1.73 kg,95%CI:-3.25^-0.21,p=0.02),BMI(MD=-1.42 kg/m^2,95%CI:-1.97^-0.87,p<0.0001),体脂率(MD=-1.70%,95%CI:-2.94^-0.45,p=0.0002)和腰围(MD=-1.80 cm,95%CI:-3.5^-0.10,p=0.04)。"高强度短间歇"HIIT方案能够显著降低腰围(MD=-2.31cm,95%CI:-4.20^-0.42,p=0.02);"高强度长间歇"HIIT方案对降低BMI(MD=-1.44 kg/m^2,95%CI:-2.03^-0.84,p=0.0001)和体脂率(SMD=-0.56,95%CI:-1.08^-0.05,p=0.007)作用显著。结论:HIIT能够有效改善超重和肥胖青少年身体成分,产生有效的减脂效应;"高强度短间歇"(运动时间10~30s,间歇时间10~30s,运动强度为100%~120%MAS)能够显著改善内脏脂肪量;"高强度长间歇"(运动时间2~4min,间歇时间1~3min,运动强度为85%~95%HRmax)HI-IT方案能够明显改善身体成分,降低体脂含量。

Abstract:Objective:The purpose of this study was to quantitatively evaluate the effect of high-intensity interval training(HI-IT)on fat loss in overweight and obese adolescents through meta-analysis,and to promote the application of HIIT in overweight and obese adolescents.Methods:The relevant literature was searched from the databases of Pub Med,Web of Science,Embase,the Cochrane library,and CNKI.Two researchers have independently selected the literature,evaluated the quality and extracted data according to the exclusion criteria.All the data extracted were conducted quantitative synthesis using the software of Revman 5.3 and Stata12.0.Results:A total of 11 RCTs with 488 overweight and obese adolescents were included.Compared with control group,HIIT significantly decreased body weight(MD=-1.73 kg,95%CI:-3.25^-0.21,p=0.02),BMI(MD=-1.42 kg/m^2,95%CI:-1.97^-0.87,p<0.0001),body fat percentage(MD=-1.70%,95%CI:-2.94^-0.45,p=0.0002),waist circumference(MD:-1.80 cm,95%CI:-3.5^-0.10,p=0.04).The HIIT protocol with high intensity alternated with short interval could more effectively reduce waist circumference(MD=-2.31cm,95%CI:-4.20^-0.42,p=0.02);and the HIIT protocol with high-intensity alternate with long interval could more effectively reduce BMI(MD=-1.44 kg/m^2,95%CI:-2.03^-0.84,p=0.0001)and body fat(SMD=-0.56,95%CI:-1.08^-0.05,p=0.007).Conclusions:HIIT can effectively improve body composition and produce fat-loss effects in overweight and obese adolescents.The HIIT protocol with alternate 10~30s of high-intensity exercise and 10~30s light exercise or passive recovery period could significantly reduce visceral fat,HIIT protocol with alternate2~4 min of high-intensity exercise and 1-3 min light exercise or inactive recovery period could improve body composition and reduce body fat.
