| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪,神州大地掀起了全面建设小康社会的热潮。经过近30年的改革开放,我国已进入中等收入国家行列,珠江三角洲达到了宽裕型小康水平。人民生活日益丰足,有闲、有钱之后,更高层次的需求就是精神文化生活。适应社会发展的潮流,休闲生活方式出现了。本课题采用问卷调查、文献分析、实地调查等方法,对珠江三角洲城镇居民休闲体育生活方式进行了调查,围绕休闲与全面建设小康社会的关系、休闲体育的文化定位、休闲体育与人的生命和谐、休闲体育生活方式等问题进行了理论探讨,旨在促进休闲体育文化的发展,促进全民健身活动的深入,提高人的生命质量,为全面建设小康社会、构建社会主义和谐社会服务。

| Abstract: | Entering the 21st century,China has initiated an all-round construction of a well-off society.Since the reform and opening up policy,China has entered the middle-income countries.Especially,Pearl River Delta,it reached a better-off level.With the advancement of economy,people's life level has been greatly improved.More and more focus is putting on spiritual and cultural enjoyment.This research investigated on city and town dwellers around Pearl River Delta through questionnaire,literature analysis and fild survey.The author explores the relationship between leisure and all-round construction of a well-off society,culture orientation of leisure sports,life harmony and leisure sports,lifestyle of leisure sports etc.Aiming to promote the development of leisure sports culture,facilitating national exercise,improving people's life quality and further serving the construction of a well-off society and Building a socialist harmonious society. |
