| 摘 要： | 体育是国民经济的重要组成部分，在全面建设小康社会中担负着重要的任务，这是体育在中华民族复兴的伟业中担负的历史使命。在全面建设小康社会中体育产业结构是多元性的，因此，体育功能也是多元化的，存在着有区别的竞技体育功能，学校体育功能和社会体育功能；从体育属性及其运行中考察，有建设社会主义物质文明，精神文明和政治文明的功能。在全面建设小康社会中发挥体育功能应具备认识务件、改革条件和组织条件，这是发挥体育功能的基本条件. |

| Abstract: | Sport is the important part in national economy,and shoulder responsibility in building on modest competence social,sport industry structure are pluralistie,so sport function is pluralistic too,there are sport function, school sport function and social sport function, and also have the function of building a moral and material civilization. In building modest competence social, sport function should possess recognize, reform and organize condition, and it is the basic condition of devolopment sport function. |
