| 摘 要： | 根据素质的内涵及特征 ,将体育教师的素质划分为自然素质和社会素质两个亚结构 ,据素质教育的要求和人自身发展的需要 ,将两个亚结构细分为身体素质、思想道德素质、文化科学素质、全面的能力素质 (劳动技能素质 )和心理素质。五种素质的具体化 ,最后形成四个层次的体育教师素质结构网络。这种素质结构的构建 ,可为度量体育教师的素质水准、指明素质发展的方向提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | According to the content and speciality of quality accomplishment,the quality of teachers is divided into two sub-constructures:natural one and social one.These two sub-constructures can be divided into physical quality,mind and morality quality,science and culture and abilities of all kinds(work skills)and mental character in order to meet the development of educational requests the four levels of constructure network of qualities of teachers of physical culture are performed in the end. |
