| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法,利用丁俊晖成功的例子,结合当前我国“举国体制”在运行中存在的问题,论述一种正在形成中的全新的竞技体育模式———社会化的竞技体育模式,给当前中国体育人才培养体制带来有益的启示。为进一步加快推进体育职业化改革,实现竞技体育社会化提供理论上的支持和建议。

| Abstract: | Through studying documents, The paper, comparing existing problems in the whole nation system today with the successful example of DING Jun - hui, discusses a new and fortning kind of pattern called socialized sports, which brings some beneficial revelations to the current system of cultivating sports talents in China. The study provides theoretical supports and suggestions about accelerating the sports professional reform and implementing sports socialization. |
