| 摘 要： | 从可持续发展的战略思想，探讨了体育教师继续教育的重要性，以及开展体育教师继续教育工作的原则。各级教育行政部门应转变思想观念，树立终身教育的思想，构建体育教师继续教育的培训目标体系和科学的管理模式结构。
