| 摘 要： | 随着我国居民生活水平的日益提高,人们的价值观念、思维方式和情感世界都发生了改变,体育生活方式越来越受到广大居民的重视。体育生活方式的评价指标也由单一化逐渐向多元化方向发展,涉及到社会学、生理学、心理学三方面。本文通过对系统构建小康社会我国居民体育生活方式的多元评价理论体系的研究,让人们由以前自发的体育生活状态过渡到小康社会的高目标、有序性的科学体育生活方式,提高居民的生活质量。 |

| Abstract: | With the development of economy people's life style,value conception and thinking manner have changed significantly,and the sport life style become more and more important in people's daily life.The evaluation index system of sports life style has the tendency from simplification to multi-patterns development,and it involves with three parts of physiology,psychology and sociology.This paper is mainly about making transition to scientific sport life style and to improve people's life level by researching the theoretic construction of evaluation index system. |
