| 摘 要： | 为了探讨我省业余体校办学中所面临的困境,以及寻求出相适应的对策和解决办法。通过问卷形式对广东省170所业余体校的调查后发现,困扰我省业余体校可持续发展的因素众多,其中运动员的“出路”问题是制约业余体校发展的核心问题,进而提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | In order to inquire into and analyze the difficult position that Amateur sports schools is faced with during the teaching courses in Guangdong Province,and seek for the adaptable strategies and methods for them,by way of questionnaire,investigate 170 amateur sports schools of Guangdong Province,the authors find that there are many factors which perplex the Sustainable development of the amateur sports schools,especially the "way_out" problem of sportsman is the main problem which handicap the development of the amateur sports schools,then put forward the corresponding strategies |
