小白鼠运动及恢复期间血清铁蛋白浓度的动态变化

摘    要:通过小白鼠运动及恢复期间血清铁蛋白(SF)浓度的动态测定,结果显示,与安静时相比,运动至衰竭时血清铁蛋白明显降低(P<0.05),且在恢复初期仍处于较低水平,然后逐渐回升,当恢复至3.5h时接近安静水平。提示急性力竭运动可能导致铁代谢暂时紊乱和暂时性缺铁现象,而血清铁蛋白作为特异性敏感指标,对其监测有着特定的意义。

Abstract:In this paper the serum ferritin (SF ) contents of the mice during an acute exercise and recovery were measured. The results show that SF contents was distinguishly little decreased at the exaustive time than atrest (P<0.05),and keep at low level during the begin ning of recovery, then it increased to the level of rest after 3.5h's recovery.This induces that an exaustive exercise may cause the temporary disorder of iron metablism and temporary iron deficiency, otherwise SF as a specific sensitive index has its special Value.
