| 摘 要： | 运用运动生物力学方法，分析第九后全运会男子110m栏冠、亚军的各项运动学参数，并与国内外优秀运动员相比较。我们认为，尽管冠军刘翔、亚军陈雁浩目前是亚洲男子110m栏的一流选手，但从速度素质和跨栏步技术两方面都有待提高。如果刘翔能进一步缩短跨栏步S2的步长、减少跨栏步腾空时间、提高速度耐力素质以及保持各个拦稳定的最佳技术状况则成绩还能上一个台阶。

| Abstract: | Through the method of sport biomechanics, this thesis analyzed various kinematics parameters, and compared them with the excellent athletes' of our country and abroad We find out that the velocity diathesis and hurdling technique of championship Liu Xiang and runner-up Chen Yanhao await promotion, though they are top-ranking of Asia at present If Liu Xiang could shorten S2 of hurdling stride, reduce soaring time, improve his velocity stamina diathesis and keep steady hurdling technique at every hurdle, a better performance will be achieved |
