力竭运动对小鼠心肌线粒体自由基代谢和线粒体功能的影响

摘    要:探讨力竭运动对心肌线粒体功能的影响及与运动性疲劳的关系。把30只昆明种小鼠按体重随机分为3组,即安静对照组、力竭组及力竭后恢复24h组,以游泳为运动方式,观察各组心肌线粒体谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总钙、丙二醛(MDA)和ATP合成能力的变化。通过与对照组相比,力竭运动组MDA含量很显著地升高(P〈0.05),SOD活性、GSH含量、总钙浓度和ATP合成能力均很显著地降低(P〈0.05),力竭运动后24h基本恢复。力竭运动可造成线粒体损伤和心肌损伤,力竭运动后24h各项指标基本恢复。
