| 摘 要： | 后疫情时期是指新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情得到有效控制,疫情防控从突发式防控向常态化防控转变,中国整个社会经济发展及居民日常生活逐渐恢复常态的阶段。在此阶段,中国武术产业受新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的影响,出现了武术产业链延展停滞、武术产品与服务资源配置“失灵”的现象。后疫情时期迫切需要创新我国武术产业高质量发展路径。运用文献研究法、逻辑分析法等,以“供给侧结构性改革”为指导思想,以《武术产业发展规划(2019—2025年)》为主要政策依据,以弘扬中华体育精神、传播武术文化、满足民众武术产品与服务消费需求、增进人民健康为立足点,提出后疫情时期中国武术产业高质量发展的实现路径:1)弘扬中华体育精神:坚定中华武术传承与发展的文化自信;2)满足民众健康促进需求:加强我国武术公共服务供给;3)提升中国武术产业能级:创新中国武术产业链;4)调整中国武术产业结构:加强武术产业供给侧结构性改革;5)促进中国武术服务业发展:加强对武术服务业的统筹规划与监管。

| Abstract: | The post-pandemic period refers to the stage when the COVID-19 pandemic is effectively controlled,the pandemic prevention and control has changed from outbreak prevention and control to normal prevention and control,and China’s entire social and economic development and residents’daily life are gradually returning to normal.At this stage,due to the weak ability of Wushu industry to resist the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic,the extension of the Wushu industry chain has stalled,and the allocation of Wushu products and services resources has“failed”.In the post-pandemic period,there is an urgent need to innovate the high-quality development path of China’s Wushu industry.Using literature review and logical analysis methods,with“supply-side structural reform”as the guiding ideology,and the Wushu Industry Development Plan(2019—2025)as the main policy basis,this paper puts forward the path to achieve high-quality development of Chinese Wushu industry in the post-pandemic period by promoting Chinese sports spirit,spreading Wushu culture,meeting the consumer demand for Wushu products and services and improving the health of the people.The measures include:1)the promote the Chinese sports spirit by strengthening the cultural self-confidence of the inheritance and development of Chinese Wushu;2)to satisfy the demand for public health promotion by strengthening the supply of public services for Chinese Wushu;3)to promote the level of Wushu industry by innovating Wushu industry chain;4)to adjust the structure of Chinese Wushu industry by strengthening the supply-side structural reform of the Wushu industry;and 5)to promote Chinese Wushu service industry development by strengthening overall planning and supervision of the Wushu service industry. |
