| 摘 要： | “冬奥遗产”的形成和演变经过了不同的历史时期。通过文献研究法、历史分析法,对“冬奥遗产”初创期(1924—1945年)进行探讨。通过对“冬奥遗产”初创期进行分析,力图为完善“奥运遗产”理论体系,以及“冬奥遗产”的可持续发展作出理论探索。“冬奥遗产”是冬奥会为举办国或地区、举办城市和奥林匹克运动所产生或加速产生的所有有形的和无形的长期利益。“冬奥遗产”初创期既形成了奥林匹克运动的思想“遗产”、奥林匹克运动的组织制度“遗产”、奥林匹克运动的活动“遗产”,也在举办国及举办城市形成了体育领域和其他领域的“遗产”。“冬奥遗产”初创期的“遗产”亮点体现在:第1届冬奥会的诞生在奥林匹克运动发展史中具有里程碑意义,而奥林匹克运动的思想“遗产”具有特殊作用。“冬奥遗产”初创期的“遗产”发展难点在于:国际奥委会、冬奥会举办国及举办城市既存在来自冬奥会内在影响因素的挑战(冬季运动普及程度、奥林匹克运动普及程度),也存在来自冬奥会外在影响因素的挑战(经济、政治时局、战争、节候、科技)。结果表明:在“冬奥遗产”初创期,国际奥委会、“奥林匹克大家庭”虽然对“冬奥遗产”的认识和实践是浅显和模糊的,但客观上“冬奥遗产”已经开始了初期的积累。“冬奥遗产”初创期是“冬奥遗产”发展的第一步,对后续“冬奥遗产”的发展起到了奠基作用。

| Abstract: | The development of“Winter Olympic Legacy”has also gone through different historical periods.By means of literature research and historical analysis,this paper studies the initial period(1924—1945)of the development of the“Winter Olympic Legacy”in order to improve the theoretical system of“Olympic Legacy”and make theoretical explorations for the sustainable development of“Winter Olympic Legacy”.“Winter Olympic Legacy”is all the tangible and intangible long-term benefits that the Winter Olympic Games brings to the host countries or regions,cities,and the Olympic Movement.During the initial period,the Olympic Legacy has left a precious legacy not only for the development of ideological system,organizational system and activity system of the Olympic Movement,but also for the field of sports and other field of the host cities and their countries.The highlight of the“legacy”in the initial period of“Winter Olympic Legacy”is that the birth of the first Winter Olympic Games is an epoch-making milestone,and the Olympic ideological“legacy”plays a special role in this period.The difficulty of the development of the“Winter Olympic Legacy”in the initial period lies in that the IOC,the host cities and their countries need to face not only the internal challenges brought by the development of winter sports and the Olympic Movement,but also the external challenges brought by factors of economy,political situation,war,weather,science and technology.The results show that in the initial period of the“Winter Olympic Legacy”,the“Olympic family”led by the International Olympic Committee(IOC)had a simple and vague understanding and practice of the“Winter Olympic Legacy”,but the“Winter Olympic Legacy”has objectively began to accumulate.The initial period is the first step of the development process of the“Winter Olympic Legacy”,which has laid a foundation for the following development of“Winter Olympic Legacy”. |
