| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、访谈等研究方法,对我国高水平排球俱乐部的现状及今后发展过程中急待解决的问题进行了分析和研究。针对目前我国大多数高水平排球俱乐部还不能达到职业化的要求,普遍存在俱乐部定位不明确、工作效率不高、市场开发能力不强等问题,提出了采用企业化俱乐部和学校化俱乐部并存的方式,是推进我国高水平排球俱乐部更好地向前发展和促进高水平排球俱乐部多元价值实现的有效途径。

| Abstract: | By means of literature review,interviews and so forth,the authors have made an analysis and study of the current status of the high-level volleyball clubs in China and some of the urgent issues in the process of past development.For the current problems that most of Chinese high-level volleyball clubs cannot meet the requirement of being fully professional,that most clubs lack of clear orientation,work efficiency and the ability of marketing and exploitation,the authors propose that the application of the model of privatized clubs together with school-run clubs is an effective method for the future development of Chinese high-level professional volleyball clubs and the promotion of realizing multi-valued high-level volleyball clubs. |
