运动与脂蛋白代谢的关系

摘    要:就运动对各种脂蛋白的影响、运动强度及运动形式与脂蛋白代谢的关系等方面的主要研究进展进行综述并将运动对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和载脂蛋白的影响加以区别分析,同时对相关研究的可行性及合理性作出分析论证。结果表明:长期坚持进行有规律的运动特别是有氧运动,能够改善血脂组成,降低心血管疾病或冠心病发生的可能性,且普遍认为以60~80%最大心率强度的有氧训练能够明显的改善脂蛋白代谢。但至于其他运动形式是否对改善脂蛋白代谢具有同样功效,运动对血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白B及载脂蛋白A水平究竞产生什么影响则亟待进一步的研究和探索。此外,现有研究结果的分歧往往来自于实验设计的差异,提示在进行相关实验研究时一定要注意实验设计的严密性,其中实验对象抽样和分组的随机化以及组间可比性更是需要详加考虑。

Abstract:In this article ,the major research advances in the effect of exercise on various lipoproteins and the relationship between exercise intensity, forms of exercise and lipoprotein metabolism have been reviewed, and the effects of exercise on the high- density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and apolipoprotein have been distinguished for analysis. Meanwhile relative analysis of feasibility and rationality have been conducted and tested. The results show that if regular exercise, especially the aerobic exercise is persisted,the lipidemic profiles can be improved and the possibility of suffering from cardiovascular diseases and coronary heart diseases can be reduced. It is also noted that intensity of aerobic exercise up to 60-80%HRmax may ameliorate lipoprotein metabolism. But whether or not the other forms of exercises can ameliorate lipoprotein metabolism with the same effects ,and what can exercise do about serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,apolipoprotein-B and apolipoprotein-A still need further study and research. Besides, the diversity of the results usually come from the different designs of experiments. Therefore it is strongly suggested that the experimental designs be strictly controlled when relative researches are being carried, with particular consideration for the sampling of subjects, the randomization of grouping and the measurability between groups.
