| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查和访谈咨询等方法,对安徽省社区体育发展情况进行研究,结果表明,安徽省社区体育在管理体制改革、政策法规制定、组织建设、资源配置和活动开展等方面取得了显著成绩,但在政策法规落实、管理机构设置、场地设施的建设与管理、指导员培养的数量与结构、组织建设的类型与组织化水平、经费筹措的渠道与社会化运作、工作评估的方式与指标体系建立以及与社会中介机构的合作等方面尚存一些问题。从切实转变观念提高认识,加强体育场地设施建设,提高社区体育活动的组织化和社会化程度,改善社区体育经费的筹集与运作方式,优化指导员队伍结构建立体质测定长效机制,加快社区体育工作的法制化进程,重视民俗体育项目推广等方面提出相应的对策,旨在为有关部门在制定社区体育发展规划方面提供决策参考。 |
