| Abstract: | By means of literature review ,this paper expounds on the research methods of national traditional sports from methodology, idiographic method of research and research techniques. The purpose is to provide some concrete methods for reference for other researchers in the area of national traditional sports and contribute to the development of the theoretical studies in national traditional sports. |
