全身振动力量训练对踝关节肌力变化的影响

摘    要:跨栏跑运动员踝关节振动力量训练研究表明,全身振动力量训练可以提高踝关节屈伸肌群最大力量,肌力增长呈现出"先期增长不稳定,后期显著提高"的特征;踝关节屈肌群爆发力在增长趋势上表现出"先期增长慢,后期增长快"的特征;踝关节屈肌的耐力水平得到有效提高;振动力量训练还可以使肌肉的募集方式发生改变,募集到更多的运动单位、更多的快肌纤维参加肌肉的收缩,因而增大了肌肉收缩力量。
