| 摘 要： | 通过对我国优秀男子马拉松运动员血象指标的监测,分析亚高原大负荷量和大负荷强度训练对运动员身体机能的影响。主要通过实验法对运动员亚高原训练期血象指标进行监测分析。结果发现:运动员进入亚高原训练后CK、BUN和T血象指标均发生显著性变化,HB与第一阶段相比也有所升高。得出结论:亚高原训练能明显改善运动员的有氧能力和肌肉爆发力。
