| 摘 要： | 运动队采用何种管理模式,直接关系到运动队的管理绩效。新形势下,竞技体育的发展势必要有效整合训练、科研、医疗、教育、管理等多方面的作用。运用文献法和访谈法,在对复合型教练团队概念界定的基础上,对其管理模式和主要工作职责进行分析,并探讨复合型教练团队的动力机制、整合机制、激励机制、控制机制和保障机制等。研究结果表明:复合型教练团队是一种新型、有效的优秀运动队管理模式,其特点在于多学科、多层次、多成员的集体攻关,形成"训、科、医、教、管一体化"和"集体决策"的工作局面,实现运动训练管理目的;复合型教练团队运行中,需要加强团队领导者影响力管理,加强沟通与协调、解决团队冲突问题,优化团队绩效考核体系和注重团队的可持续发展问题。建议结合运动项目特点、具体训练目标、人才资源状况等因素,综合考虑,选择性地推行复合型教练团队管理模式。
