| 摘 要： | 我国体育公共服务管理在保持公益性的前提下提高供给效率,满足社会日益增长的需求,探索体育公共服务供给主体与供给方式演变的实践路径,具有深远的现实意义。体育公共服务供给由基本型逐步走向选择型发展;体育公共服务供给主体将由政府唯一主体,逐步转化为政府部门、非政府部门、非盈利部门、私人部门多主体并存。体育公共服务供给方式及供给主体变化趋势的基本走向是:政府体育公共服务供给垄断单一模式政府主导的多主体供给模式市场主导的多主体供给模式转变,逐步引入市场化、社会化机制,是体育公共服务实践路径的有益探索。
