| Abstract: | The authors have proposed the cooperation model by team work in the cultivation of P.E.teachers through setting up a joint team consisting of college teachers,primary and secondary school teachers and students from normal institutes to establish a common assessment system for graduates of normal institutes so as to help these graduates readily prepared for their future career. |
