| 摘 要： | 从运动员人力资本价值的构成分析入手,分析运动员人力资本内生价值和外生价值的成因,确认我国运动员人力资本的投资主体,在讨论我国运动员人力资本产权界定中可分离论和不可分离论的局限后,根据投资背景提出我国运动员人力资本产权包括运动员人力资本私有产权和非运动员人力资本私有产权的二元化界定论。
