| 摘 要： | 通过查阅我国职业足球俱乐部股份制改革的相关文献与资料,对我国职业足球俱乐部股份制改革过程及存在的问题进行了系统的分析。认为我国足球俱乐部进行股份制改革有利于明确俱乐部内外的责、权、利的关系,有利于推动我国职业足球的发展。最后针对我国职业足球俱乐部股份制改革过程中出现的问题提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a systematic analysis on the reforming process and existing problems of the stock system of professional soccer clubs in China by reviewing literature pertaining to the field. It is believed that the reform of the stock system in professional soccer clubs can be propitious to defining the inner and outer relationship of responsibility, authority and profit of soccer clubs and promoting the development of Chinese professional soccer. Finally relative suggestions are put forward against the problems present in the process of the reform of the stock system in professional soccer clubs. |
