| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法对北京市社区健身器材的
使用情况、城区居民参与社区健身的年龄结构、锻炼时间、锻炼地点的选择以及
时社区健身器材的满意程度等问题进行分析与研究。研究结果显示：随着城区居
民收入水平不断提高,部分居民的体育消费健身倾向趋于明显,但社区公益性的健
身器械的使用仍然是大多数居民的首选;社区健身大多以16～25岁与46～65岁的
人群为主,并且健身的意识都在逐步增强,大多数人群对社区的健身器械持较满意
的态度;社区的健身器械总的来说利用率还不够高,这将导致部分健身资源的不必
要的浪费;多数社区健身器材还没有安排专门的器械管理人员,并且社区缺乏专业
的健身指导员。

| Abstract: | By means of literature review, questionnaires and interviews with experts, the authors of this paper have made an analysis and study on the utilization of fitness apparatus in Beijing communities, the age structure and choice of exercise time and venue of Beijing residents who take part in community sports and exercises,and their satisfactory degree for community fitness apparatus. The results show that with the increase of civilians' salary level, there is an apparently upward trend in their sports consumption, but the use of commonweal fitness apparatus in communities is still the first choice for the majority of residents. It is noted that the age of those who take part in community sports ranges from 16 to 25 or from 46 to 65 and most of them are becoming more aware of the benefits brought by exercise. The majority of them are satisfied with the fitness apparatus in the community. Generally speaking, the rate of use of fitness apparatus in communities is not in high level, which may lead to the unnecessary waste of gymnastic resources. There is no special staff for the management of fitness apparatus and there are not enough professional gymnastic instructors in these communities. |
