| 摘 要： | 竞技体育的举国体制,是我国自20世纪50年代以来形成的体育管理体制,这种体制为我国竞技体育事业的发展起到了重要的作用。随着我国计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制的转轨。我国竞技体育举国体制在这个过程中发生了变化,从新制度经济学的角度分析。就是制度创新与制度变迁。它使我国竞技体育的举国体制在社会主义市场经济条件下有了新的发展,主要表现在：①竞技体育举国体制创新政府行为方式的转变;②竞技体育举国体制创新管理模式的转变。这种制度变迁创新的动力源。其主体是：“利益集团”和“政府”。

| Abstract: | government-oriented sports system,as sports administration system fostering after 1950s of 20 century,ever played an important role indevelopment of national sports.With the transformation of plan economy system to marketing economy system,the government-oriented sports system also changed in this trend,that is,from the view of new system economics,system innovation and system transferring.The advances of government-oriented sports system developinig was as follows:firstly,the cheanges of behavior manner of government in system innovation of government-oriented sports system;secondly,the administration mode transformation in management of government-oriented sports system innovation.The drive force of system innovation of this kind come from"interest groups"and"government". |
