| 摘 要： | 为了解和掌握陕西省成年人的体质现状和体质变化规律,运用比较分析法对陕西省不同性别、年龄成年人的身体形态、机能及素质的指标进行分析,并同全国水平进行对比,结果显示:陕西省成年人总体身体形态良好,身体机能一般,身体素质总体相对全国水平差一点,男女体质状况有差异,且随年龄增长都出现了自然衰退现象.

| Abstract: | In order to get known of and understand the constitutional condition and regularity of adults residing in Shannxi Province,the authors of this paper have made an analysis on the various index of gender,age,the physical forms,physical functions and physical quality of the adults residing in Shannxi Province by the method of comparative analysis.After a further comparison with the national level,it is indicated that the overall physical forms of the adults in Shannxi is relatively well,while the physical function of these adults is normal and the level of their physical quality is lower than the national level.At the same time,there is a difference in the constitutional condition between different gender and there is a natural decline in the physical conditions with increase of age. |
