| 摘 要： | 采用访问调查、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,分析了田径后备人才培养的现状及存在问题,并探讨影响其发展的因素.广东田径后备人才培养的现状是:三线人才规模呈萎缩趋势,人才的选拔体系尚需完善;二、三线教练员职称和学历偏低,训练科学化程度亟待提高;竞赛表现为成人化模式,竞赛制度需进一步调整;后备人才培养的经费不足等.并根据不同现状提出了相应的对策.

| Abstract: | By means of sueveys and investigation,questionnaires and mathematical statistics,the authors have analyzed the present situation and existing problems of the reserved talents training in track and field and discussed the factors that may influence its development.The current situation of the training of the reserved talents in track and field in Guangdong is that the scale of the third-grade talents is shrinking,the selection system for talented personnel still needs to be perfected;the titles and the academic background of the second and third grade coaches seem to be somewhat low and the degree of scientific training needs to be improved urgently;the contestant performance shows a kind of adult pattern,the competition system needs to be adjusted further;and the funds for the training of reserved talents seem to be insufficient.Therefore,corresponding countermeasures are proposed according to different situations. |
