氧化应激指标在专业武术运动员训练中的应用

摘    要:为了探索氧化应激指标在专业武术运动员训练实践中的变化规律。以备战十运会的7名专业武术运动员为研究对象,以正常训练期的负荷量为参照,选择具有代表性的氧化应激指标丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)与训练期常用生化指标CK、BU、T、Hb共同对运动员的机能状态进行评价。得出以下结果:训练期前后氧化应激指标在男性与女性中均有积极的变化趋势,其中各胱甘肽(GSH)的变化在女性血清与尿液检测中均有显著性意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),而常用生化指标肌酸激酶(CK)与血尿素(BU)在男性中变化显著(P<0.05,P<0.05),各指标的相关性研究中存在较大的性别差异。仅在男性中存在尿液过氧化氢酶(CAT)与CK及血液SOD与BU的良好相关性。同一氧化应激指标在血清与尿液的相关性检验中均无统计学意义。结论为:在专业武术运动员的机能监测中氧化应激指标可作为常用生化监测指标的补充,其在一定程度上可以评价机体氧化应激状态,但尿液指标相对血液指标缺乏准确性和灵敏性。

Abstract:The paper is for the purpose of studying the changing regularity of oxidative stress indexes in the training practice of professional martial arts athletes.Taking seven male and female professional martial arts athletes who were to compete in the 10th National Sports Meet as research subjects,with their normal training load as reference,the authors have selected typical oxidative stress indexesthe such as MDA,SOD,GSH and CAT and evaluated them together with the normal biochemical indexes of CK,BU,T and Hb for their joint effect on the mechanical status of athletes.The result shows that the change of oxidative stress indexes is the same before and after the traning phase in male and female subjects.The activity of GSH increases significantly both in blood and urine of the female subjects(P<0.01,P<0.05.CK and BU also change significantly in male subjects after the traning phase(P<0.05,P<0.05.The correlations of oxidative stress and normal biochemical indexes are influenced by gender.Only in male subjects,urine CAT is significantly correlated to CK,and blood SOD is to BU as well.The same oxidative stress indexes of blood and urine have no correlation in different states.It is concluded that the oxidative stress indexes can act as supplement indexes to detect the traning load of martial arts athletes,which can be used to evaluate the oxidative stress status to a certain degree.Blood indexes are more sensitive and accurate than urine indexes to reflect the free radical metabolism in the human body.
