| 摘 要： | 以"健康第一"思想为指导,以素质教育为核心,结合中国计量学院体育教学改革实践,介绍将生命安全教育融入高校公共体育教学改革实施计划、实施过程,并通过2年的实验研究,得出:将生命安全教育融入公共体育课教学能够提高学生安全知识与救护技能,有效地激发学生的学习积极性,提高学生各项身体素质.
