| 摘 要： | 普通高校高水平运动队已走过了十几个春秋，这项举措不仅促进了高校竞技体育水平的大幅度提高，同时也带动了高校群众性体育活动蓬勃发展，并实现了我国高校竞技体育走向世界大运会的战略目标。但是高校办高水平运动队尚属于探索阶段，在发展过程中出现了一些深层次的问题，亟待解决。本文分析了高水平运动队的现状，并提出了解决方法，以促进高校高水平运动队的健康发展。

| Abstract: | It has been more than ten years to run advanced sports teams in universities and colleges. This act not only accelerates the great improvement of athletics gym level and brings along the flourish development of mass gym activity,but also realizes the tactic aim of athletics gym making for world college games. But now advanced sports teams still belong to exploration phase,and it must settle some deep level problems. This paper analyzes the status quo of advanced sports teams in universities and colleges, and it puts forward some suggestions. It will be beneficial to advanced sports teams to develop healthily. |
