| 摘 要： | 本文总结了近些年来国内外对运动员体能的研究成果和现状。并以此为基础依据运动训练学对体能结构的认识提出了对运动员体能结构的新观点，同时对运动员体能分类体系和获得途径进行了研究。

| Abstract: | This thesis sums up the study results and present conditions of internal and aboard on the athlete' s physical active ability. And according to these results and based on the knowledge of sports training about physical active ability, It brought about the new view on athlete' s physical active ability, and study on sprint specific physical active ability classification system and attainment. |
