| 摘 要： | 主要运用因素分析的方法,对影响我国足篮球裁判员职业化的因素进行了分析,认为裁判员自身水平因素、项目发展因素、裁判员自身发展因素、联赛市场水平因素、社会环境保障因素是影响我国足篮球裁判员职业化的主要因素。
