| 摘 要： | 文章对体育赛事进行了概括介绍，分析、研究了我国体育法制建设现状和存在问题，着重论述了法律调节的作用，提出对现行《体育法》的几点修改建议及建立相关立法制度，以完善体育法律、法规体系，更好地推动体育事业蓬勃、健康的发展。 |

| Abstract: | The authors of this article try to generalize sport events, analyze and study the present conditions and existing problems in the construction of sports legal system in China ,emphasize on the functions of legal regulation and propose a few suggestions of modification as to the current sports law and the relevant legislative system with the intention of perfecting the sports law and the legislative system and promoting a prosperous and healthy development of sports cause. |
