| 摘 要： | 平衡功能是人体的一项重要功能,智力残疾儿童的平衡能力与下肢力量均较智力正常儿童薄弱。通过对智障儿童下肢力量、动态平衡能力及静态平衡能力的测试,分析探讨智障儿童下肢力量与平衡能力的关系。研究结果显示:智障儿童下肢爆发力与下肢力量显著低于健康同龄儿童,且下肢力量不随年龄增长而增强。随年龄增长,智障儿童的静态平衡能力及动态平衡能力均有所增强。相关分析表明,下肢力量是影响智障儿童动态平衡能力的重要因素,但对智障儿童静态平衡能力无显著影响。 |

| Abstract: | Balancing is an important physical function for people.The balancing ability and leg strength of children with mental retardation are normally lower than that of children with normal intelligence.The purpose of this study is to discuss the relationship between leg strength and balancing ability in children with mild mental retardation by testing the leg strength,dynamic balancing ability and static balancing ability of children with mental retardation.The research results indicate that the leg strength and the explosive force of leg in children with mild mental retardation are significantly lower than normal children at the same age,and the leg strength in retarded children does not increase as they grow.However,the static balancing ability and dynamic balancing ability in children with mild mental retardation improve with age.The relevant analysis suggests that leg strength is an important factor in influencing the dynamic balancing ability in children with mild mental retardation but it does not affect their static balancing ability significantly. |
