摘    要:为了进一步提高我国男子中跑训练的科学化水平,找到不同水平男子大学生800 m运动员之间存在差距的主要原因,利用高速录像拍摄法、数理统计法、比较研究法等对我国不同水平男子大学生800 m运动员一个单步的运动学特征进行了专题研究.结果发现:我国不同水平男子大学生800 m运动员之间的差距主要体现在步长上,这主要是由于他们之间支撑时间的显著性差异所造成;而前后支撑时间也就是缓冲与后蹬时间的显著性差异是造成他们之间支撑时间的显著性差异,最终影响步长的决定性因素.所以,在今后的800 m训练乃至中跑的训练中,为了缩短前支撑时间,延长后支撑时间,发展800 m运动员髋关节的力量是当务之急,同时也要注意发展髋关节和踝关节的柔韧性.

Abstract:In order to further improve the scientific training level of men's middle-distance running in China and find out the reasons for the gap between the male 800-meter college student runners at different levels,by means of high-speed video recording,statistics and comparative studies,the author has carried a special research on the kinematical characteristics of a single stride of male college student runners at different levels.The results show that the disparity between the runners of different levels lies mainly in the stride length,which is due to the distinct difference of their support time-period;and the distinct difference of first and second support time period,or of the buffer and kicking-back phase,is the final decisive factor that have affected the stride length.Therefore,in the future training of 800m running and middle-distance running,the improvement of the strength of coax joints of athletes should be emphasized in order to shorten the first support phase and prolong the second support phase,and meanwhile,the flexibility of coax and ankle joints should also be developed.
