| 摘 要： | 探索了CUBA教练员对运动员的管理指标体系,比较了教练员和运动员对管理行为的具体指标期望值的异同。反馈出CUBA运动员对现实教练员执教管理行为的评价信息,指明了教练员改善管理行为的努力方向。

| Abstract: | This paper intends to probe into the supervision index system that CUBA coach shall wield towards sportsmen and make a comparision of the expectation values between coach and sportsmen as regards supervision conduct. It offers a feedback of CUBA sportsmen's evaluations on the coach's training method as well as suspension conduct,and suggests an orientation to which the coach shall spare no effort to improve the supervision conduct. |
