| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、实验法 ,通过多种手段优化艺术体操教学环境 ,考察教学环境对 2 0名艺术体操选修生技能学习效果的影响。实验结果表明 ,创造一个良好的体育教学环境 ,不仅能够有效提高教学质量 ,而且还能积极促进学生身心两方面的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | By methods of questionnaires and experiments and through perfecting rhythmic gymnastics teaching environment with various means,the authors of this paper have carried out some research on the effectiveness of skill learning on 20 students who took rhythmic gymnastics course.The results indicated that creating an excellent teaching and learning environment can not only improve teaching quality effectively but also promote the harmonious development in student's physiological and psychological aspects positively. |
