| Abstract: | Based on the relative theories, the studies done by other researchers and analysis concluded from interviews and investigations, the authors of this paper have studied some current problems and perplexities in CUBA after it has been set up for 6 years,and pointed out the major problems and proposed some countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of CUBA. |
