| 摘 要： | 创新是一个民族的灵魂，是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。观念意识创新是其它创新的前提。我们认为体育科研中创新意识的内涵应包括提出新理论与新观点、对前人的理论进行创造性改造、摒弃原理论中的错误、结合当前情况重新提出被淡化的理论以及从不同的视角观察与研究同样的问题等5个方面的内容。体育科研中应理论联系实际，从整体观与系统观取向进行研究，避免急功近利的思想。鼓励体育科学研究者勇于在实践中不断地探索，树立创新意识。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the national spirit and the power of flourish and up growth. Innovation of the conception and consciousness is the precondition of the others. We consider that the meaning of the conception and consciousness innovation should have five ways content in the scientific research of the physical education. Such as bring forward the new theory or the new point of view; rebuilding the old theory in a creative way; spurning the mistake in the old theory; combining currently state and putting forward the distorted old theory again; observing and researching the same question on disparate angle of view. The theory should combine with the practice in the scientific research of the physical education. We should hold the conception of holistic and systemic, avoid eager for quick success and instant benefit. The student should explore the reading in the practice, build up innovation of the conception and consciousness. |
