| 摘 要： | 高校体育是生产和传播体育文化的中转站,是实施素质教育不可缺少的组成部分。本文通过分析高校校园体育文化的含义和在素质教育中的作用,提出高校校园体育文化建设的重要性及建设的一个主要目标,二条原则,三个方面和四条途径。
