| 摘 要： | 用PCR-RFLP的方法研究了中国北方汉族人群肌红蛋白基因第2外显子的单核苷酸多态位点（A79G）和（T109C）的分布频率。结果显示，基因型频率为：A-T/A-T=0.52，A-T/G-C=0.41，G-C/G-C=0.07；等位基因频率为：A-T=0.72，G-C=0.28，经卡方检验符合Hardy-weinberg遗传平衡定律。与中国西藏藏族人群79A等位基因分布频率进行比较，结果表明，中国北方汉族人群的79A等位基因频率为0.72，显著高于西藏藏族人群（0.51，P〈0.01）。提示：79A等位基因分布频率可能能反映不同人群对低氧环境的适应能力。
