| 摘 要： | 为了对新疆贫困地区的维吾尔族、汉族中学生体质状况进行对比研究,随机抽取南疆贫困团场2 238名中学生进行身体形态、身体机能、运动能力等专门测试,结果发现:南疆贫困团场青少年汉族学生身高略高于维吾尔族,体重和胸围低于维吾尔族学生;汉族学生的肺活量普遍高于维吾尔族,且女生在16-18岁年龄段差异显著;汉族学生的下肢弹跳力、爆发力优于维吾尔族学生,维吾尔族男生耐力素质优于汉族,而维吾尔族女生的耐力素质低于汉族女生,且部分年龄段差异显著。

| Abstract: | In order to make comparative study on physical fitness condition between Uygur and Han nationality students,this paper tested the body shape,physical function and exercise capacity of 2238 middle school students in poverty region in south Xinjiang state farms.The result shows that the height of Han nationality student is slightly higher than that of Uyghur,Uyghur nationality student’s body weight and chest circumference is higher than that of Han nationality student.The vital capacity of Han nationality students is generally higher that that of Uyghur and girls in the 16-18 age group show the significantly different.Han students bouncing of the lower limbs and explosive power are superior to Uyghur students,while male Uyghur nationality student’s endurance is better than that of the Han.Uygur nationality female student’s endurance is lower than that of Han nationality,and some significant differences between age groups. |
