| Abstract: | This article has listed some kinds of interpersonal relationships problems. Such as the crisis of trust between teachers and management, the phenomenon of unwarranted competition among teachers, the unjust way a teacher maintains his or her dignity against his or her students, the unequal treatments that teachers make to parents in different social positions. After anatomizing all the causes, the author works out some useful plans of solution accordingly. |
