| 摘 要： | 城市郊区具有优越的地理位置,农地流转具有独特性,并对其土地利用和农村经济发展有较大影响。以池州市城郊为研究区域,通过对380户农户的农地流转情况进行调查,分析了池州市城郊农地流转的具体特征及农地流转中存在的若干问题,进而提出相关对策建议供参考。

| Abstract: | Chizhou suburb has geographical advantages with unique farmland transfer, which exerts great influence on land use and rural economic development. Based on the investigation of farmland transfer of 380 farmers, the paper analyzes the features and problems of farmland transfer in Chizhou suburb and presents relevant countermeasures and suggestion. |
