| 摘 要： | 邓小平虽然没有明确提出和谐社会的概念,但其博大精深的理论体系中包含着丰富的社会主义和谐社会的思想和理论。抛弃以阶级斗争为纲的错误方针,成为构建设社会主义和谐社会的重大转折点;制定共同富裕的战略方针,与构建社会主义和谐社会的价值取向高度一致;提出解决发展与代价问题的基本思路,为构建社会主义和谐社会开辟了道路;强调改革、发展、稳定,为构建社会主义和谐社会打造了平台;以和谐人为基础的管理理论与实践,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。
