| 摘 要： | 高校教师是教学活动的重要主体,在教学中对教师教学水平进行合理地评价具有重要性。然而在实际评价中存在不少问题。因此对高校教师的教学评价进行系统思考和改进,做好公正、客观地评价教师的教学工作,这对调动教师教学的积极性和创造性具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | College teachers are important main body in teaching activity.It' s self-evident that it's essential to make a correct assessment of the teachers' teaching level.However,there exist some problems in the practical evaluation.Therefore,it' s of great importance to make a systematic consideration and improvement on the college teachers' evaluation and give a fair and objective assessment of the teachers' teaching,thus arousing the enthusiasm and creativity of the teachers. |
