| 摘 要： | 体育、美育是我国高等教育中亟待加强的内容。如何完善高等教育中的体育、美育教育，培养全面发展，人格健全的大学生，是我国教育改革必须解决的问题之一。作为融体育、艺术于一身的新兴运动项目——体育舞蹈则以其显著的健身娱心作用和极高的美育价值，成为集体育美育于一身的新教学形式之一，其显著的健身娱心作用和极高的美育价值，为我们深化全面教育、拓宽教学思路提供了有益的启示与帮助。
